叻哥相約釣魚專家彭健新到魚排吃海鮮,嚐到沙巴龍躉的美味後,兩人即決定要飛往沙巴親身試當地的海鮮!芝士焗龍蝦是港人經常接觸的美食,但在山打根,竟會用上滑蛋伴龍蝦,不知內裡會有怎樣不同的滋味呢?健仔更帶來山打根獨有的龍虎斑讓叻哥試味,為甚麼叻哥會說咬下的感覺似噬譚詠麟一口呢? 野生洞燕的市值昂貴,皆因出自深深的洞穴,叻哥與健仔深入燕洞心臟地帶,見證工作人員採摘及處理燕窩的過程。吃過豐富的海鮮餐後,他們以冰糖燉洞燕作甜品,但只見二人一直添吃,難道燕窩已媲美海鮮成為主菜?
