The legend of a team called MIT secretly protecting Sheng Ying University was never publicly acknowledged but nonetheless spread wildly among the student body. For some reason, the team had disappeared and evil began to wreck havoc in the school. The last remaining member of MIT, Teacher Cherry, decided to recruit the baddest of all bad students, 007, 187, 747 and Tian Mo Xing, to form a new generation of MIT who would solve the crimes and restore the school to its former glory.

La légende de la Thunder Team qui protège secrètement l'école Sheng Ying n'a jamais été rendue public mais néanmoins écarté d'une manière extravegeante parmi les élèves. Pour certaines raisons, l'équipe a disparu et le mal a commencé à faire des ravages dans l'école. Le dernier membre restant de l'équipe de la Thunder Team, Professeur Cherry, a décidé de recruter les plus mauvais de tout les mauvais élèves, 007, 187, 747 et Tian Mo Xing, pour former une nouvelle génération de la Thunder Team qui résoudrait les crimes et redonnerait à l'école son ancienne gloire.
