단수가 공희를 구하려다 다친 가운데, 오드리는 공희네 가족들 앞에서 자신이 단수의 엄마임을 드러낸다. 공희는 위험한 상황에서 민기가 곁에 없었던 것에 실망하며 두 사람의 관계는 더욱 멀어진다. 오드리는 단수에게 상처를 준 것에 대해 후회하고 자책하지만 단수는 쉽게 마음을 열지 않는다.
Dan-soo gets injured while trying to save Gong-hee, and Gong-hee's family finds out that Audrey is Dan-soo's mother when she comes running to the hospital to see him. Audrey deeply regrets her past choices that left Dan-soo scarred and beats herself up for it, seeing that Dan-soo won't open up to her. Meanwhile, Gong-hee realizes that Min-gi wasn't the one who came to her rescue, and Gong-hee and Min-gi begin to drift further apart.
