오드리는 단수를 버리고 떠난 친모가 자신임을 고백하고, 단수만큼은 가슴 아픈 사랑을 하지 않기를 바란다는 간청에 공희의 마음이 흔들린다. 한편 공희와 민기의 결혼이 일사천리로 진행되는 가운데, 단수는 자신을 볼 때면 자꾸만 눈시울을 적시는 오드리에게 의문을 가진다. 그렇게 이십 년간 감춰온 비밀이 요동치기 시작한다.
Audrey confesses to Gong-hee that she is Dan-soo's mother and asks Gong-hee to let Dan-soo go for her own sake. After speaking with Audrey, Gong-hee rejects Dan-soo's proposal. Gong-hee decides to marry Min-gi and invites him over to her house to meet her family. Meanwhile, Dan-soo begins to wonder why Audrey always cries when she sees him and confronts her about it.
