This sweet oatmeal biscuit recipe comes from my coworker at The Borders Distillery. She acquired this recipe from her time working in a school cafeteria in Northern Ireland. This recipe has the seal of approval of Irish school children, so I'm sure you'll love nibbling on them too. They are lovely with a cuppa tea.
