Wenn durch Grave VirenBiest nicht gestoppt wird, übernimmt Mr. Wily die Weltherrschaft. MegaMan kämpft also Auge in Auge mit dem Monster. Selbst seine stärksten Waffen bleiben jedoch erfolglos. Dann geschieht das Unglaubliche: MegaMan regeneriert sich innerhalb des VirenBiests und erscheint in einem ganz neuen Stil.
ElecMan appears to help ward off MagnetMan. As the VirusBeast prepares its final attack on the internet, MegaMan suddenly appears in a new Bug Style to absorb the VirusBeast and the internet himself. However, through Lan's efforts, the bug is alleviated, and MegaMan returns everything absorbed by the VirusBeast back to normal.
巨大化したゴスペルと対峙するロックマン。アクアカスタムにスタイルチェンジして戦うが、プログラムアドバンスでも効果はなく、ロックマンもゴスペルに取り込まれてしまう。だがロックマンはゴスペルの体内から新たなスタイルで復活。ところがロックマンはゴスペル化したかのように暴走しはじめる・・・。
Mentre HeatMan elimina FreezeMan, ElecMan aiuta a scongiurare la minaccia di MagnetMan, sacrificandosi con quest'ultimo al fine di permettere a MegaMan di distruggerlo con il potere del Cambio di Stile del Codice Segreto. Quando il Virus Bestia della Grave prepara il suo attacco finale a Net-City ed ogni speranza di salvezza è ormai lontana, MegaMan appare improvvisamente in un nuovo stile bug che gli permette di assorbire in sè tutti i dati del virus e della rete. Tuttavia, grazie agli sforzi di Lan, MegaMan ritorna in vita e tutto torna alla normalità. Mr. Wily scopre però che Bass non è stato definitivamente annientato, ma è sopravvissuto trasferendo i suoi dati nel suo fantoccio robotico, ed ora vive nel mondo reale.
