Lan's bus breaks down while driving through Kingland, so he visits a nearby mansion. It's actually the home of Count Zap who has been persuaded by his mother, Mama Zap, to get revenge on Lan for destroying the WWW. Count Zap traps Lan in a NetBattle where he's shocked every time MegaMan takes damage. Meanwhile, Mr. Match mistakes the planes and goes to country where everyone knows about curry.
キングランドにて。バスツアーに参加した熱斗だが、その途中バスが原因不明のトラブルで立ち往生、電話も繋がらない状態に。近くの屋敷に救援を求める熱斗。その屋敷はエレキ伯爵の実家であった。エレキ伯爵は熱斗とロックマンを屋敷に閉じこめ、エレキマンとのバトルを強要する。
L'autobus su cui sta viaggiando Lan per raggiungere la città di Kingland, prossima destinazione del suo viaggio premio, ha un guasto improvviso; mentre l'autobus è fermo, Lan visita una casa nelle vicinanze. In realtà è la casa del Conte Zap, convinto da sua madre, mamma Zap, a vendicarsi di Lan per aver distrutto la Mondo Tre. Il Conte Zap intrappola MegaMan in un Net-Battle contro ElecMan, dove però anche Lan viene ferito ogni volta che è colpito da scariche elettriche.
