Victor Brouwer has been thrown in jail on suspicion of murdering patients. But he claims to have done so only with their written permission and has Maurice Alberts arrested for encouraging the Harmsen family to set a trap. Jan and Ingrid decide to start living together following their holiday in Aruba. An aging patient who used to be a vaudeville performer is encouraged to perform at the hospital by a young roommate.
