Given the premise of this in-betweeny series beign that of exploring Shepard's character and unique scenes not seen in the game, there was additional footage should there have been more than three ME2 DLCs. But be aware, these are deleted for a reason. They're unfinished and pretty shoddy; not as much spit and polish went into these scenes as the others that graced the episodes.
