Nach der Durchquerung eines Wurmlochs finden sich die Hulks in der Zukunft wieder. Die Erde wird mittlerweile von High Evolutionary beherrscht. Der Schurke nutzt seine Technologie, um Red Hulk, A-Bomb und She-Hulk in primitive Urwesen zu verwandeln. Als er dann auch noch Hulk entführt, muss Skaar im Kampf gegen High Evolutionary die Führung übernehmen.
The Hulks finally return to Earth only to discover that they're centuries too late as the High Evolutionary devolved all humans into primitive beasts. He devolves the Hulks too, but Skaar is unaffected and steps up to save the team and all of mankind.
Gli Hulk si dirigono verso la Terra, ma un inganno del Capo (che coinvolge Skaar) li fa atterrare su un pianeta futuristico. Lì incontrano l'Alto Evoluzionario, una forma di vita che ha interessi tutt'altro che pacifici.
