Nachdem Ultron den Avengers Tower ausgelöscht hat und die Avengers getrennt sind, sucht Iron Man nun Hilfe bei Ant-Man. Tras la destrucción de la Torre, los Vengadores se dividen en dos equipos diferentes, en donde Iron Man, Hawkeye, y Thor apenas derrotan al Hombre Absorbente y Titania. Ant-Man ayuda a Tony Stark reparar su armadura de Iron Man e incluso ayuda su parte con los Vengadores (cuando le dijeron de lo ocurrido con Iron Man y el Capitán América), cuando los Agentes de AIM roban las partículas de Pym para que MODOK pueda utilizar y poder evadir teniendo sus cibernéticas asumidas por Ultron.
Tony e Homem-Formiga se juntam para lutar contra MODOK.
