While Ginta is pestering Miki to tell him how she feels they get interrupted by none other than, Yuu. Miki runs in the house and Ginta learns about how Miki and Yuu really know each other. Later the next day Miki tells Ginta that she's really confused right now, and until she sorts out how she feels they should continue being friends. After school that day Meiko and Miki find out where Yuu works and they meet his boss. He tells them his amazingly beautiful story about him and his current wife but doesn't tell them that it's him. The next day Ginta is practicing and find out that his partner for the tournament has broken something and has to take it easy. Yuu is asked by Miki to be Ginta's partner and he accepts it. Yuu agrees and runs to the library and he sees something happen between Shinichi and Meiko. What did he see?
Ginta chiede a Miki cosa prova per Yuri ma quest'ultmo interrompe la loro discussione; i due ragazzi allora si affrontano. Miki dal canto suo non sa proprio cosa fare dal momento che non ha ancora chiari i suoi sentimenti per nessuno dei due; Mary le consiglia di prendersi un po' di tempo per pensarci su. A scuola, come da tradizione, viene consegnata a Yuri, che vi si è appena trasferito, una medaglietta in cui, secondo la leggenda, è di buon auspicio mettere una foto della persona amata; Miki allora inizia a pensare la foto di chi preferirebbe avere. Intanto il compagno di doppio di tennis di Ginta si frattura una gamba e per effettuare ugualmente l'incontro Miki propone a Nick, il professore, di convocare Yuri, campione della sua vecchia scuola: i due sono così costretti a diventare una squadra. Yuri poi vede Mary e Nick mentre si danno un bacio di nascosto.
Ginta está a punto de besar de nuevo a Miki pero Yuu aparece e interrumpe la situación.
Miki habla con Ginta después de esto y le pide tiempo. Ambos están en el club de tenis y Ginta debe jugar un importante partido pero su compañero se lesiona y llaman a Yuu para jugar con él en parejas.
Yuu se acerca a la biblioteca y descubre el romance entre Meiko y el profesor Namura.
