As the fateful day approaches, Sara’s siblings have another scare when she collapses and is taken hospital, though her life is not in danger. Later, their mother, Ritsu, returns to Japan from abroad and Sara attempts to tell her the truth about her fate. Meanwhile, Mikoto saves a woman who is about to give birth but he has a vision that she will not survive the pregnancy.
