The city of Swansea is alive with allegation and rumour. ' Grossly defamatory,' say two of the named men insisting that, if allegations against them are to be investigated at all, the job should be done only by the police. Why so many rumours? Are they facts or smears? Why has Swansea become a place threaded with suspicion - where many make accusations in private but seldom in public? Jack Pizzey and a Man Alive team investigate.
