After 3 months of strict training on the Island of Dreams, Kaidoh holds tryouts for each position. Goro fails the pitching exam, much t the shock of his friends that are there, and must find some other position he can excel at before the tryouts are done and he's dismissed from Kaidoh.
고된 훈련에 탈락자가 속출하지만 그럼에도 묵묵히 버텨내는 유메시마 멤버들.
그리고 훈련이 3개월째에 이르자 드디어 포지션 적성 테스트가 진행된다.
하지만 스오 감독은 고로에게 투수의 재능이 없다면서 외야수로 좌천시킨다!
