With two outs in the bottom of the seventh, it appears that Tomonoura has won until Toshi is forced to come on as the backup pitcher. He has speed but doesn't have the control he called Goro's weakness earlier. When Mifune East rallies to win Toshi feels devastated, but then he gets the idea of teaming up with Goro to form a battery to defeat Kaidoh. Kaidoh's recruiter though has different goals and approaches Goro's parents with a proposition. What will their answer be?
