On this recipe, we mix ground beef and scallion onions together. We season it with minced garlic cloves, brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, red pepper flakes and black pepper. We mix all the ingredients together as the ground beef cooks. When the ground beef has gone from raw to fully cook (brown color) it is time to take it out and serve it. We take sesame seeds and sprinkle it on top of the ground beef. We plate this and serve it with a side of Jasmin rice.
