Ouizumi Naoto est un lycéen de 17 ans qui a tenté en vain de faire une école d'arts dramatiques. Il trouve finalement un job sympa de caméraman auprès d'une société qui produit une nouvelle série TV mettant en scène cinq jolies jeunes filles : Yagami Natsumi, Katsuragi Ryoko, 17 ans, Jyonasaki Hikaru, Imamura Sayaka, 14 ans et Hayasaka Mika, 11ans.
Nous sommes au mois d'avril et c'est la rentrée pour Naoto, rentrée qui lui promet une grande surprise : il apprend que les cinq héroïnes de la série sont dans le même établissement que lui et notamment la belle Yagami, pour laquelle il en pince très fort depuis le début. Malheureusement, il ne semble pas prêt de lui faire part de ses sentiments, d'autant plus que les autres actrices se mettent toujours en travers de son chemin.
