Brendon and Michelle have very different ideas about what their ideal living situation looks like. Brendon loves their acreage home in Sydney's south west and has no idea why Michelle doesn't feel the same. But she wants somewhere smaller and lighter, nearer the city, now that their three teenage sons aren't spending much time at home. She's also fed up with the lay-out and finds it difficult to entertain as the kitchen doesn't flow into the outside area. Neale really needs to work his magic to convince Michelle that staying is the way to go, and Andrew has his work cut out persuading Brendon that there is a life out there, that doesn't include his beloved homestead. Who will succeed?
