Kirstie and Phil help two sets of house hunters who have relocated to the Granite City for work and need to find family homes quickly. Helen Barr and Brian Clarence moved from Essex while awaiting the arrival of their first child. They've been living in rented accommodation, but with baby number two on the way it's time to find a family home. Meanwhile, Kirstie helps Kirsten and Scott Laing in their bid to move their family up from Kirkcaldy and find a semi-rural house.
