Mike and Leeanne Whitley have set up an unusual retirement home in Dordogne catering for elderly dogs that are lost, abandoned or bereaved of their owners, but with only a pension to support 32 hungry hounds they hold a British-style pet show to bring in urgently needed donations. The programme also catches up with the Moores at their 26-acre vineyard as Amanda makes the best of a tiny kitchen to prepare a traditional French lunch for tourists.
