Charley is a teddy bear who uses his imagination to go on adventures and discover new things about himself and the world around him, all under the watchful eye of the Narrator. Charley wants to draw a picture but can't decide exactly what to draw. He heads off to the park, but every time Charley goes to draw something, it goes wrong. And then Rivet the park warden tells him no drawing allowed in the park! But Charley has a great idea for finally doing the drawing he wants.
