Racing Time / All Tied Up

Little Bill runs late for school due to his dawdling such as seeing the bird's nest, playing with Elephant, etc., causing him to miss a popular show and tell visit from Kiku's presentation of her cat, Big Debbie, so Alice the Great helps him. Little Bill wants to learn to tie his shoes. Fuchsia was being a bit of a bully and saying teasing things such as your shoes will run away from you if you cannot tie them.
