Tai and Elton hit the streets on the island of St. Thomas, where they connect with locals through food. They sample delicious island curry, with rice, and beans. They also find out how much love goes into conch fritters which is an island favorite. Next, they visit a bake shop called "My Brother's Workshop Cafe" where kids get a lesson in baking and a lesson in life. Finally, they meet up with Assata Afua, founder of "The Black Power Theatre," where they get music, art, and a spoken word performance.
