Lady Lovely Locks and her friends the Pixietails find their enchanted kingdom in danger when the evil Raven Waves and her nasty cohorts try to gain control of the realm.
The Pixietails have disappeared and it's up to Lady Lovely Locks to find them. Duchess Raven Waves sees a chance to corner her and the race is on to find them first.
Prince is given a wishing bone and one wish but before he can use it Shining Glory is kidnapped and he must decide whether to use his wish for himself or to help a friend.
A sleeping giant has been found in the woods. Lady Lovely Locks rides to see it but Duchess Raven Waves gets there first with the intentions of using it to destroy Lady Lovely Locks.
When Hairball makes his last mistake Duchess Raven Waves banishes him from her castle forever. With no-where to go he turns to Curly Crown for help. His desperate pleas touch her heart and she invites him to stay at Lovely Locks Castle where he quickly fits in, but is there another reason for his enthusiasm for work?
Prince can no longer bear to see lady Lovely Locks only in the form of a dog so he decides to leave forever but before he does so he is given the chance to say goodbye.
