หลังจากนิทรา (โบว์ เมลดา) หายจับไข้เพราะถูกหวายเฆี่ยน ก็เกิดไอเดียใหม่คิดอยากจะเป็นช่างทาเล็บหารายได้พร้อมกับร้านนวด เพราะอยากเป็นผู้นำแฟชั่นคนใหม่แห่งพระนคร งานนี้พ่อเผือก (ป๊อป ธัชทร) ถึงกับสนใจในตัวบุญตาขึ้นมาจนเข้าไปใกล้ชิด ทำเอาคุณฉาย (ภณ ณวัสน์) ร้อนใจหึงจนหงุดหงิด และยิ่งหงุดหงิดเมื่อบุญตาพาสาว ๆ ไปเรียกแขกทั่วเมืองให้มาร่วมงานอีเว้นท์ของโรงแม่แฟง (จอย รินลณี) กับการแข่งขันแย่งลูกค้าระหว่างเบอร์ตองอย่างพุดซ้อน (แน๊ตตี้ นาตาชา) และเบอร์รองอย่างช่อ (มุก สิรินรัตน์) ที่ต้องลุ้นกันว่าใครกันแน่คือตัวจริง
After Nithra (Bow Maylada) recovers from the fever caused by the whipping, she comes up with a new idea: she wants to become a manicurist to earn money alongside the massage parlor, aiming to be the new fashion leader in Phra Nakhon. This catches the attention of Father Phueak (Pop Thatchathorn), who starts getting closer to Boonta, making Khun Chai (Pon Nawasch) jealous and irritated. He becomes even more frustrated when Boonta gathers a group of women to attract customers to the event at Mae Faeng’s (Joy Rinlanee) salon. Meanwhile, a fierce competition for clients unfolds between the top-ranked Phutson (Natty Natasha) and the second-ranked Chor (Mook Sirinrat), leaving everyone eager to find out who the true star of the salon is.
