The Thief

Peggy is caught stealing a clock from her neighbour, Mr. Powell. She claims that it was originally hers but Powell stole it from her. He denies it. Andrew and Richard are confused as to how Powell would have ended up with Peggy's clock but since she won't return it, Andrew buys it from Mr. Powell. Then he sees the inscription on the bottom of the clock that clears up matters.
