Albert Karschunke lebt mit seinem Sohn Harald im Keller. Es ist ein recht romantischer Keller, nicht nur, weil es sich ja eigentlich um ein Souterrain handelt, sondern vor allem, weil sich dort ein Antiquitätenladen befindet. 'Antiquitäten' ist vielleicht etwas geprahlt, aber alt sind die Sachen jedenfalls. Das Ganze liegt in Berlin-Kreuzberg an einer Straße, die einmal bessere Zeiten gesehen hatte und nun langsam aber sicher dem Abbruch entgegengeht, den man heute höflich Sanierung nennt.
