A curse from Tomoe's past catches up with him; Nanami desperately seeks answers to save Tomoe.
Nanami is desperate to save Tomoe from a curse put on him in the past so that he could try and become human for Yuikiji. She decides to travel back in time and find a cure for the curse. She is captured by villagers who assume she is a youkai but is saved by Yukiji. Tomoe is being hunt and gets severely wounded, Nanami finds him and hides him in Yukiji's house.
