Giraffe becomes unsure that being high up is the safest thing for him and eventually decides it would be better if he were to come down to earth and stay there, moving along caterpillar-like with dexterous movements of his neck. This is fine for a while until those juiciest fruits on the tops of the tallest trees start to become irresistible!
"All work and no play" is a phrase that definitely does not apply to our bee! He uses a petal of his flower as a springboard and has a ball leaping high into the air… too high as he finds himself embedded in a cloud above where he discovers what clouds are really made of and gets further distracted from his work!

Springbok is out on his morning bounce when suddenly something catches his attention. It is a female springbok. After an embarrassing collision with a rock-face Springbok notices a beautiful flower high above. He decides to try and win her affections by getting her the flower but this turns out to be a lot more perilous than Springbok could’ve imagine.
Tortoise's day takes a serious turn for the weird when his shell gets a puncture and deflates. Not only that but in his attempts to get out of his limp shell he knocks an egg out of its nest. His attention turns to helping the egg return home during which his deflated shell proves surprising useful.
Monkey has found a coconut. He happily sets about trying to eat it only to discover that coconut eating is quite a tricky thing. Try as he might he cannot get through the hard shell of the coconut so he's gives up in frustration. The coconut however does not give up on Monkey and nature and gravity conspire to keep the coconut crossing Monkey's path. How will Monkey escape this hard-shelled menace?
Fish is delighted by her discovery of a bubble. She plays with it and swims with it all the way to the surface where it suddenly pops and disappears. She spots another bubble and the same thing happens. Saddened by the disappearance of her short lived friends she's deter-mined not to let another bubble meet the same fate. But how will she keep them from reaching the surface?
A fruit seed takes root and magically grows while Monkey is asleep. Caught atop the growing plant, Monkey is lifted to the clouds where he awakens to a giant jungle world. One of Mama Ostrich's feathers comes loose and blows through the jungle. It keeps on blowing past Munki and Trunk, tickling them mercilessly. Munki and Trunk finally manage to catch it, but they discover that there's no easy way to get rid of it!
Trunk has managed to get herself in a tricky situation. She is trying to rescue her flower and has somehow ended up stuck high up between two stone spires, far out in the savannah. Munki comes to the rescue, but its not that easy!

Trunk's precious flower is looking very droopy. Trunk is worried that it's ill, and tries to protect it from the world. Unfortunately, Buzby the bee seems determined to get to the flower to collect its pollen and it becomes a game of cat-and-mouse.
Munki and Trunk discover some fruit that they can mash up and use as body paint. They have a lot of fun painting themselves as all sorts of animals. But when Trunk paints Munki as a bee, they discover that he can successfully infiltrate the swarm.
Baby Ostrich and the Eggs see Munki and Trunk having a race, and want to be involved! They join in, and don't stop racing, even after the sun goes down…
Munki and Trunk throw a nut that looks like a ball for Rocky. It ends up going over the edge of a ravine, and the overenthusiastic Rocky goes with it. How are Munki and Trunk going to get Rocky out of the ravine?
Trunk tries to put Baby Ostrich to sleep by singing a lullaby. Big mistake! Baby discovers singing, and she takes to it enthusiastically, but her voice is terrible and she ruins the peace of the jungle.
Munki is awoken from an idyllic sleep by an unexpected visitor in the jungle: A small, cute puppy! It belongs to three human explorers who set up their campsite right next to Munki and Trunk’s favorite tree.
Munki and Trunk introduce the puppy to Rocky the Rhino, but Rocky is terrified of the tiny pup.
The animals find it ridiculously easy to hide from the explorers, until Simon the explorer invents a mega-compass that can find any object that the explorers want.
Trunk sees Simon going for a walk carrying the puppy in his backpack. She sneaks behind Simon, wanting Puppy to play with her.
The explorers are going on a drive, and one of their bags falls out of their jeep and scatters human items across the jungle.
The explorers are doing their laundry, and Munki borrows some of their clothing and dresses up as a human.
The humans set up a surprise birthday picnic for Rita the explorer, and while the animals are investigating it they accidentally smash the cake and lose all the presents, which float away after Munki ties balloons to them.
Humph the hedgehog gets even more grumpy than usual when the explorers discover his precious lawn and start playing lawn games on it.
Mirabelle the explorer is determined to get a picture of an animal, and has set up a camera trap at the side of a clearing with a banana in the middle.
The puppy is causing chaos in the jungle: Digging holes and chewing Munki’s bananas.
The explorers make cardboard cut-outs animals and hide behind them, hoping to spot the real animals.
Rita is listening to her radio in Munki’s clearing. While she’s briefly distracted, Tallbert comes out and dances to the music.
The animals discover the explorers old-school television, and Tallbert and Ribbert get hooked on human TV shows.
