Maxine und Ignacio sind verliebt wie zwei Teenager und unternehmen viel zusammen. Bei einer Kunstausstellung erreicht Ignacio jedoch ein Anruf seiner Ex-Frau Francesca, die wieder einmal mehr Geld von ihm verlangt. Während Ignacio das Problem zu lösen versucht, kümmert sich Maxine um Mickey, einem Jungen, der von seinen Eltern im Stich gelassen wurde und eine schwierige Zeit durchmacht.
