On Roman Island, impregnable fortress home of Nero Tyrantor, sworn enemy of Johnny Cypher, Nero builds a robot that looks exactly like Nero himself. He then plants a bomb in the chest cavity of the robot, hoping to use it blow up Johnny Cypher and his Satellite.
