Traveling home following an exploratory mission, Johnny's spaceship encounters a space tornado and is forced to land on an uncharted planet. After he falls unconscious, Johnny is captured by the diminutive Ocean Men, who think he is a weapon sent by their enemy, the Mountain Men.
