This weekend, the show is full of inspiration from the Mediterranean and bringing your favourite holiday flavours home. There is bruschetta served three ways, followed by Lisa's show-stopping beetroot risotto with goat's cheese. Later, John has a beautiful baked cod and tapenade (served with ratatouille) and there is a cheats tiramisu for dessert.
