グラニュート研究家・酸賀の手によって生体改造を受けた絆斗は、仮面ライダーヴァレンへと変身する。 自分の母親だけではなく師匠の命も奪ったグラニュートに復讐を誓い、グラニュート殲滅を目的に行動を始める。 そんなヴァレンは、お互いに正体を知らない状態でガヴと初めて対面することに。 一方でショウマと幸果は、幸果の大叔母・雅子の仕事の依頼で芸術家の卵が生活するアトリエを訪れる。 そこで、グラニュートの魔の手から芸術家の卵を守るべく、ガヴもチョコのゴチゾウの力で対抗する！
Kizuna undergoes biological modification at the hands of Granut researcher Suka, and transforms into Kamen Rider Valen. He vows revenge on Granut, who took not only his mother's life but also his master's life, and begins to take action with the aim of annihilating Granute. Valen ends up meeting Gav for the first time without knowing each other's true identities. Meanwhile, Shoma and Yukika visit the atelier where aspiring artists live at the request of Yukika's great-aunt Masako.
