Hello Laddies and welcome to some more Surgeon Simulator 2013 but this time with the Razer Hydra motion controls. These work the same as any motion controls like the PS move or Wii nunchucks. It's actually pretty awesome with this and you get 2 arms to operate with instead of 1.
