In this part we take a stab (literally) at some brain surgery and while it seems incredibly tricky at first, it actually turns into a piece of cake. Once you start smashing a guys head open with a hammer all surgery is made easier. Plus we also unlock the next level or surgeries, which is doing them all inside a moving Ambulance and that shit is VERY rage inducing :P
