The heart-breaking stories of refugee orphans across Europe, including two children - Nagham and Mohamed - from the Syrian city of Aleppo, whose home is now a small tent in a derelict petrol station in northern Greece. The film also goes undercover to document the case of a 15-year-old Syrian boy who is imprisoned with adults in Greece and says he has been denied medical care for shotgun wounds, as he tries to be reunited with his parents in Turkey.
