Punky coerces Henry to take a skydiving photo job in Florida. Henry gets lost in swamp, and Punky is overcome by guilt that she's sent Henry to be captured by a swamp monster. Glomer gives Allen the abilities of a pro football player. Allen wins a spot on the Chicago Bears roster, but that night Glomer tells Punky that Allen's magic has a time limit.
Glomer accidentally frees a bad leprechaun, Bad Barney, from a plate he was imprisoned in for stealing Chaundoon's gold. Barney goes on a gold-stealing spree. Margaux buys a necklace which Glomer learns is an Egyptian artifact. Glomer takes the kids to ancient Egypt to return it, where Margaux is mistaken as the princess Tut Tut.
Punky talks Margaux into attending dweeb Avery Bigelow's dad's party so she can win a photo job for Henry. In primping Margaux up, Glomer prepares a facial that turns Margaux's face into a glomley face. Punky has to disguise herself as Margaux until the facial wears off. Punky recalls the day she met Glomer.
Glomer gives Punky's dog Brandon the ability to talk. A sleazy magazine reporter notices it and dognaps Brandon with the dream of getting rich. The kids try to win a new TV set at a department store contest and get locked in the store after closing time.
Punky buys a baseball glove with the money she was supposed to spend on Brandon's license. Brandon gets locked up in a pound and Punky must raise $25 to spring him. But too late...Brandon is sold to a rodeo circus clown. Glomer claims to know Santa Claus in person and takes the kids to the North Pole to meet him. A time anomaly occurs, so Punky and her friends try to straighten the mess out.
The rainbow gateway to Chaundoon appears. Glomer brings Punky with him so she can meet his parents, but they--and everyone else is asleep. Glomer's beverage gets spilled on the kids, causing them to shrink. They are pursued by a cat who is on the scent of the tuna and banana sandwich in Allen's pocket.
Glomer spends his first Halloween with Punky and her friends. He proceeds to turn everyone who doesn't give him a treat into a pumpkin, assuming it the "trick" part. Glomer has the kids change places with the characters in an adventure movie where they have to find a powerful stone before the movie ends. English
Glomer enters a musical contest adopting a punk persona and wins. A sleazy manager takes notice and signs Glomer to a U.S. tour. Punky has to find a way to break Glomer's contract. Glomer claims he can make a statue of Henry, which he does. Henry is mistaken to be a real statue and is flown to the Louvre museum in Paris.
Pepperoni pizza makes Glomer sneeze, and every time he sneezes he grows. Punky tries to find a way to reduce him before his size gives him away. Will the real Punky Brewster please stand up?: While Punky is at a school picnic, Glomer creates a clone of her from a photo to keep him company at home. But he creates an obnoxious Punky who escapes. In his confusion, Glomer zaps the sweet Punky back into the photo and throws it away.
Punky makes the national spelling bee. To help her out, Glomer zaps a bee with the ability to make people spell out words when it lands on them. Punky refuses because that would be cheating, so Glomer lets it go leading the kids to disrupt a senator's picnic.
To impress a girl named Arlene, Allen switches personalities with Glomer. When all appears to go well, Allen refuses to switch back to his own body. In 1803 Chicago, Punky, Allen and Glomer run afoul of poacher Pierre LePelt.
The wish spell Glomer intended for Punky hits Margaux instead. Margaux uses one of the wishes that she were a queen and the others are her servants. Punky conspires to make Margaux use her last wish to get everyone home. Glomer takes the kids to a deserted tropical island and then loses his powers after getting hit on the head by a coconut. In the interim, Cherie and Allen build a shelter, Margaux looks for a hotel and Punky builds a raft.
Punky has to keep Glomer in the tree house after an animal groomer spots him chasing a bird and Henry spots him in the house thinking he's a rat. Punky wants to win the role of a mermaid in a school play over Margaux, so Glomer goes one better. He turns Punky into an actual mermaid.
A social worker places Punky in a home who is using little girls as slave labor for a candy factory. Punky obtains videotape of the activities and must sneak out to the TV station to expose it. Punky and Henry win a jackpot on a show called "Can You Spend It?" but to collect, they must spend an extra $1 million in two days. It's up to Punky and her pals as Henry has come down with chicken pox.
Glomer's magic causes the characters from the Snow White fairy tale to come out of the book...including the wicked Queen. Punky's aunt Rose and uncle Roy invite her to the Chester Henderson mansion under the pretense that they have found her mother. What Punky doesn't know (until Glomer tells her) is that she is dressed like Henderson's granddaughter Debra so Rose and Roy can use her to embezzle Debra's $50 million inheritance.
Glomer is jealous of a little bird Punky is nursing back to health. After a falling out with Punky, Glomer moves out into the tree house. Glomer's Valentine's Day glomley love call is answered by Glomine, a female glomley that got stranded from Chaundoon by a storm. Could Glomine be Glomer's ticket back to Chaundoon, even if it means leaving his beloved Punky?
Henry brings Punky and Cherie with him to spend the weekend with his eccentric aunts, Martha and Veronica. Punky and Cherie get lost in the hallways of the house where they hear what they think is a plot to do away with Henry and them. A deaf boy named Danny wants to keep a lost puppy as a pet. He names the pup Bright Eyes and convinces his mom to let him take the pup to an obedience class. Glomer causes a disruption at the class, causing Danny to find a new home for Bright Eyes.
Punky bristles when Henry hires babysitter, so she wishes she were older. Glomer turns her into an adult. As a result, her friends avoid her thinking she's a stranger. Punky tries to get a job as a waitress but everything that could go wrong does. Henry spots Glomer raiding the refrigerator. In his panic, Glomer casts a spell giving Henry amnesia. Poor timing as Henry is due for an important photography job. Glomer concocts an antidote but it makes Henry think he's an Indy 500 race car driver, a football quarterback, and a rock star.
Henry is off to get photos of a Mississippi riverboat but forgets his camera. Glomer offers to take the kids to deliver the camera, but instead he takes them to 1860s Mississippi where they meet two kids having trouble keeping their riverboat afloat. Punky opens a detective service with her locker as headquarters. Her first client is school brain Herbert, whose hamburger-making machine for the "Build A Better World" exhibition is being sabotaged.
At that farm of Punky's pen pal Judy, Margaux's prissiness causes problems. Hearing the others talk about her, she tries to do a make-good by cleaning the farm's prize pig Lancelot. In the process, Lancelot escapes from his pen just before his entry into the state fair. Every little girl in the neighborhood is entering their mom in a mother-daughter contest...everyone except motherless Punky, that is. Glomer creates a mother for her, but Punky becomes brusque about it, feeling that she and Henry get along just fine. Besides, the glomley-created mother has uncontrolled glomley powers.
At summer camp, an Olympics competition is staged between camps Towering Pines (where Margaux is staying) and Tumbleweeds (Punky's camp). Punky single-handedly wins two events but Margaux accuses her of using Glomer as an assist. Glomer offers to stay with Margaux to help Punky save face, but when ensuing events go wrong for Camp Tumbleweed, Punky suspects Glomer of being a traitor. Tired of being dumped on after nearly spoiling a coach's surprise party, Allen wishes he were never born. Glomer grants his wish and then shows him what life would be like without him.
