Kai Nagisa, a normal high school girl who wishes to one day become a professional wrestler (despite having a strong cowardly side), is suddenly approached by a robot known as an Iczel. It urges her to help save the Earth from invading aliens under the command of the brother and sister team Chaos and Cross. To do this, Nagisa must merge with Iczel and become one of the battle-suited warriors that protect planets throughout the universe-- an Iczelion. She is understandably reluctant to take up this sudden unbelievable task and fight with the other Iczelions of Earth. There may be little choice, however, as the invading forces have already arrived and won't stop until they have achieved the destruction of the planet.
Kai Nagisa, una normale studentessa con il sogno di diventare una wrestler professionista (nonostante lei stessa sia piuttosto paurosa e debole), viene contattata da un robot conosciuto come Iczel. Iczel le chiede aiuto per salvare la Terra da una misteriosa razza aliena chiamata Geas e guidata da Chaos e Cross. Per combattere gli invasori, Nagisa deve fondersi con Iczel e diventare il guerriero androide chiamato "Iczelion". Inizialmente riluttante ad accettare all'improvviso un compito così importante e combattere contro altri guerriere alieni, Nagisa dovrà affrontare le proprie paure e prendersi le proprie responsabilità per la salvezza del pianeta.
ビッグゴールド滅亡後も、宇宙各地に散った機械生命体は惑星を次々侵略し、その一群であるクロス、カオス姉弟と配下の戦闘ロボットは地球を狙う。その全てと直接戦うことができないイクサー姉妹は、素質ある女性と合体（チャージング）して超人的な戦士「イクセリオン」に変身させられる小型ロボット（イクセル）を各惑星に送り、戦ってもらう方法を選んだ。プロレスラーを目指す少女・渚は嫌々イクセリオンに変身させられクロス、カオスとの戦いに巻き込まれていく。
