地球上最も美しいとされる土地、サザーランドと間違え、千葉県館山市に不時着した地球外生命体“エヌマ”の波多野（小川紗良）、麦（河合優実）、梅ちゃん（甲田まひる）。彼女たちは、地球探査を目的に別荘管理のアルバイトとして人間の麗美（塩塚モエカ）と暮らしながら、実験対象となる男性・リョウ（大下ヒロト）も巻き込んで“人間”の生活に触れていく。
