Is it as simple as cutting back alcohol and caffeine, while taking up hobbies and practising mindfulness meditation? Kate also visits Lego, a company leading the way on employee wellbeing, Javid shows how spending time in green spaces can reduce stress levels, and there's a look at pioneering treatment for people with phobias.

Javid and Kate also investigate how much pain is in the mind, explore the beneficial effects of cold-water swimming, and attempt to answer the age-old argument of who tolerates pain best - men or women. They also meet a Scottish woman who doesn't feel pain due to a genetic mutation.
