It's Harry Hot Rods birthday, but nobody seems to have remembered it. Harry Hot Rods is becoming more and more disappointed when he travels around the city without finding the slightest sign of a party. But without Harry's knowledge the friends are planning for a surprise party. Hector the Helicopter is flying over the water with Harry's gift in a big box when the rope suddenly breaks and the box crashes into the sea.
