Today we build a Lavafall / Catcher thing at the base, check out Xisuma's new sheep farm, and then play a game of Ruse with TangoTek.
Today we work on building a Banquet Hall room at base which will serve to distribute our snacks.
Today we finish up building the banquet hall, featuring a statue notch to vomit food at us. Then we begin designing and building a melon/pumpkin farm.
Yeah, that's right! I spell color without the "u". Deal with it. The word looks better without the "u" and it is more efficient to spell a word with 1 less letter.
Today Zueljin and I face off in the first round of xb's ABBA Caving elimination tournament. Winner takes all. Yes indeed, finding a good ABBA Cave is the hardest part.
HermitCraft Season 4 has begun! (season 2 for me) The general plan for this season is to join up with Docm to build a park together full of mini-games to play.
Today a bunch of us HermitCrafters got together to play a few rounds in the new PvP Arena.
Minecraft 1.9 has a very fun speed boat effect on ice that we need to try do something cool with. With that in mind, today we build a mini race track for the boats. Hopefully it doesn't get patched...
Today we make some adjustments to the boat race track to get it more streamlined with wider lanes and smoother corners. Then we apply some finishing touches to the look of the build.
Today we decide to work on the front entrance to our game park. We mainly focus on getting a ticketing booth setup and the gate system.
Today is a bit of a chill episode. Sir Doc and I do some caving to collect iron for a whack-a-mole game we want to build.
Today we check out a few surprises around the base. Then we spend some time adding the 7-segment displays, count down timer, and the rest of the game logic to the whack-a-mole mini game.
Today we take a quick tour around the server, do some shopping, and then build a much needed storage room for all our junk.
Today Sir Doc and I build some weird armor stand fishing game. The goal is to fish as many armor stands over to your side while preventing your opponent from getting points in a sort of tug-of-war. The game has no name currently... any ideas?
Today Sir Doc and I do a mini build off to finish up the outside of the armor stand game. Then we get prepared to fight the ender dragon for some elytra wings.
Today we head into the End to fight the Ender Dragon so that we can each get a pair of Elytra Wings. Things don't go exactly to plan...
Today Sir Doc and I are challenged by Iskall and Rendog to play the Diamond Olympics! Both sides put up 64 diamonds for a total prize of 128 diamonds to the winners. 1 Point is given to a team for winning each event.
After all the fun and games we have been having lately, we decide to do some more building on the theme park. Today we build and test out a new mini game concept called Sliders.
Today we focus on building and playing Sir Doc's self resetting Connect Four game.
Once again Iskall and Rendog have challenged us to a rematch. This time it is best of 3 with PvP as a possible tie break. Iskall and Rendog put up a double chest of logs and elytra wings, while we offer Doc for a day and a full beacon.
Today we look into the idea of making a horse racing track full of various challenging obstacles to over come. Then later I do a few random things around the park.
Today we decide to make a game that has been most requested by you guys, an elytra race. Rather then setting up rings above ground, we build the course underground so that it will require precision and speed to win the race.
Today we finish up shaping the elytra race tunnel and build a little starting mechanism for the game. Then we head over to a new area to begin work on a pvp game code named "Fat Princess".
Today is a pretty derpy episode as things don't really go as planned as Doc and I build a silly little game.
Today we head back over to the Fat Princess PvP game to do a bunch of building while working out a few of the game mechanics.
Today we are back on the HermitCraft server checking out some changes and finishing up a capture point system for the MobaLisa.
Today we spend some time hanging out with the Beeferz, and show him some of the games we've made at DangLand.
Today we focus on collecting stuff and getting geared up, but things don't go too smoothly. Then we continue our nHo journey through the nether to look for a jungle biome.
Today the nHo crew head to the End in an epic battle of bravery, might, fearlessness, and some other great qualities that make us so great. I couldn't think of what to write...
Today we spend some time in the nether collecting things, later to discover all the hermits cheaped out on their nether portals. Then we make a big push to get our speed mining operation started.
Today the nHo gather together for some trickery to make it look like our enemies, the Special Snowflakes, have targeted Mumbo Jumbo.
Today we make some attempts to get elytra wings. Then we head off to the jungle to start a storage system with an interactive menu and functional display.
Minecraft Server. Today we negotiate our death for a healthy supply of TNT, give our shops a little update, experiment with art pixel art, attempt to kill bdubs, build a TNTree farm, and buy the llama of our dreams.
I'm green. This is exciting! Today we finally do the drawing to figure out which hermits won the lifetime subscription of FREE GLASS! Let's spread the happiness really thin.
Minecraft Server. Inspired by Beef & Keralis' lavish opulence, today we aim to make our own truly opulent room. The Bdubs end rod tag game continues, diorite deliveries are sidestepped, fortunes are claimed and spent, and we go partners with the Beefster in a new note block business.
Shade-E-E's customers have been anxiously awaiting the next delivery, so today we hit them with a double. Using automation, we provide them a steady stream of FREE GLASS!, and introduce our new Gardening Services. Then we get down to building by building a sugar tunnel.
From nothing to something, today we cash in big from our shops. A very rare storm happens which means Etho banner. We meet up with Tango to start a massive Gaming District project for the server. Then we get called into Beef's office for a little business meeting.
The new Minecraft 1.16 Nether Update has hit with a big ground shaking impact! Today we finish up the exterior of Shade-E-E's and then head to the new nether with Wels and Keralis to do some initial exploring. Then we get to farming fungi, bartering gold, and blasting netherite.
After a bit too much time in the Nether... today felt like a good day to hang around home and expand the base with a new fast dispensing storage system. Then we meet up with Beef for another business meeting, and Tango to work on the Nether themed Gaming District.
Today we check out some of my resource gathering methods, finish up a big section of the base by the portrait, head over to xB's PVP Arena to add some redstone gizmos, and then check out some new additions to the Shopping District.
Did Bdubs sneak the end rod back? Today we check out the "What is Love?" note block song we installed at Keralis' base. Then it's time to head to the Nether to start up our Nether farming at a new base location. First off, we setup a couple simple Blaze farms.
Slab here, slab there... everywhere a slab slab. The nether mobs have no where to hide, so it is time for a Wither Skeleton farm.
Today we start off by checking out how the new Wither Skeleton farm works. Beef calls us in for an odd meeting. We sneak a new shop called Sneak-E-E's into the shopping district. Bamboozler gets built at base. Then we face off in the Stand-Off minigame tournament.
Today we experiment with Dolphin's Grace by building a secret tunnel to the End portal. We head to the Shopping District to deal with the road issues. Then we build a wall at base, check out a Gold Farm, and fight for our right to be the Stand-Off champion.
Today we hop all over the server. We check out 2 new note block songs we installed for Tango and Bdubs. After a failure, the base gets a new special room installed that is definitely not another failure.
Today we take on BdoubleO's sleep off challenge. I meet up with Grian to setup a gold farm and piglin bartering system. Then I indulge in 4 nail biting runs of Tango's Decked Out server game.
Today we look into an idea on how to better organize and store items for our ender chest storage. The Mycelium Resistance comes calling, and eventually we hold a meeting to discuss future plans.
After a risky visit to Iskall's Treasure Island, we head back to base to expand with a new relaxing garden section. Then we focus on improving the security for Resistance's HQ and speading spores around the town. Finally we have some more fun with decked out runs.
We change things up today by starting a new, massive mini-game project called Hurtin Hermits. The Hermits will have to race time through a barrage of obstacles, puzzles, and death thingys. Then we check out our new Nether Portal area and Piglin bartering system. Tango comes over to give me an amazing Decked Out prize and we finish up with a few lucky runs.
After many months of living without it, we finally set up a Villager Trading system and a Sheep Farm. Then we team up with Grian and Impulse to get our Mycelium back from the HEP MooPop factory.
Today we raid a few Guardian Temples for sponges to dry out our Squid Farm rivers. Then we work on polishing up our Hurtin Hermits minigame and adding a new Amber Mines level.
Minecraft Server. How much wood could a Wood Chuck chuck, if a Wood Chuck has a Beaver Blaster? Let's find out by testing out our new simplified, but scaled up, nether tree farm design.
Minecraft Server. The time has come to finally wrap up the HermitCraft TurfWar saga by a friendly competition in 9 different Minigames. Here is our role playing in 4 Minigames of the event.
Minecraft Server. We start things off today by finishing up the second level of Hurtin Hermits. Then we meet up with Bdubs in our new office to guide him through his Shade-E-E's training. The Ender Chest storage room gets it's finishing touches and Docm accepts a nasty deal.
Finally back to HermitCraft again and we finally finish the last main component of our storage system, the bulk storage room. We get Sneak-E in Aque Town by reopening Sneak-E-E's in one of Scar's buildings. Then we head back to our base to make some major renovations.
oday we head into Aque Town to check out Sneak-E-E's and the changes happening there. Then we get to work setting up a new island, building, and redstone for Brain-E-E's.
Today I sacrifice my free will and pay for it big time. We head RipZone to get it stocked with enchanted gear and fix up some game play issues. We get 54 trivia questions ready for Brain-E-E's and then finish up the building and island. We visit Xisuma's mad potion brewery and set up Order-Lee-E's in Aque Town.
A little late, but today we head back to the Hurtin Hermits project to add "Level 3 - Pain Labs". I take my own poison and attempt to complete an entire run of the game. Then we check out Tango's Minecraft Among Us game.
HermitCraft Season 8 has begun! We begin our new adventures pirating and treasure hunting with Iskall. Beef gets recruited to help me clear our first raid for a saddle. Horses are great... really! (please buff Mojang) Then we get down to caving and collecting some resources for the new base we have planned.
Today we start to settle into our new base location. We build EnderPorters to help with the climb, some basic farms to help with the grind, and some random face thing just because. P.S.: Don't tell Iskall I spent all our diamonds shopping.
Today Iskall shows me his No Wings Club and we head out to the Nether to farm Wither Skulls for a beacon. Then I show you how to build my new Moss farm design, and yes if you try, tridents do come true.
Today we check out the fully working Trident farm, do a little hoar.. err shopping, setup our bonemeal control system, and then hang with Bdubs as he tells us about the Horse Course.
Today we head over to Bdub's Horse Course project and get to work designing its layout and game systems. We also get a surprise visit from Docm and figure out a way to settle his debt.
Today on the HermitCraft server we focus on taking care of a bunch of the smaller projects and tasks we need to do around the base and the Horse Course.
Today on the HermitCraft server we make a deal with the Doc, breed him a super horse, shop till we drop, and then head back to finish up building the Control Room.
Today on the HermitCraft server we go outside for some terraforming, landscaping, and just general tidying up around the base. Yes, there are bees too.
Welcome to Season 9 of HermitCraft! I hope you join me and the other Hermits for whatever shenanigans we get up to this season. Today I opt into the path of hardships by choosing to have Tango kick me into exile and get geared up in a fresh new area. The only way home is to trigger and defeat the final wave of a raid, or else through finding a stronghold.
Join me around the fireplace as I tell you stories about my adventures with the other Hermits these past few days. Then we check out the starter base we got built in Bdub's basement, we investigate the new server quest area, and of course... we go shopping!
Things get a bit strange in this episode as we delve deep into the dream world and uncover a mysterious redstone device. What is it? What does it do? Join me as I uncover the truth about this device.
Today on HermitCraft we start things off by checking out some of the side projects I've been working on, such as a villager trading area, a tree farm, an ender chest storage system, and a cave spider farm. Then we head to the mini game area to build an adaptation of Battle Bane.
I decided to just do an impromptu episode as I finished up some of the mini-game stuff for the charity event.
Having no base doesn't bother me... it's normal right?. Well... maybe we should try something... Today I lay out some plans for our future base and experiment with how to put down the ground work for it.
Today is a bit of a catch up episode to show you the various farms I've been building, projects in the works, and just a bunch of random stuff. We also get to take our first look into VintageBeef's Trading Card Game. Back from Dentist: No root canals needed! Yay! Just 2 fillings and I am good.
In this episode we try out our new Organic Alien theme to build a gateway into the future base. We give Xisuma's elytra course a run, show off the boat race project, and also test out a Pick 3 deck drafting redstone system for Beef's TCG.
Today we face off against the magnificent Bdubs in the first round of Beef's server wide TCG tournament. Then we do the long awaited horse race on the Horse Course we built together, back in Season 8 of Hermitcraft.
This episode is too long! Today we check out the interior building style for the alien/organic base. We make some music with Zedaph that absolutely blasts. We check out some new features with the big boat race. Then it is Total Chaos time as we face Beef in the quarterfinals of the TCG tournament.
Today we check out the conclusion to Beef's Season 1 TCG Championship. Cubfan also hosts another round of Total Chaos for all the Hermits.
Tango has completed his long awaited and amazing dungeon crawler game, Decked Out 2. Today we drop everything and head in for our a first look at what he has made. We also play a few mini-games with the Hermits while we wait for our turn to play.
In this episode we head deeper into Tango's Decked Out 2 mini-game. Each week of the game is called a Phase. The Hermits compete to get the most Victory Tomes each Phase so that they are awarded the most points. Here is how my Phase 1 runs went.
It is a new Decked Out Phase, so we are free to take some risks trying out the Hard difficulty. With only so-so success on Level 2, we fall back to medium to test out the treasure hunting strategy of our deck.
For Phase 3 of Decked Out we change up our strategy again. We're taking bigger risks and exploring farther into the dungeon so that we can get the big ember artifacts.
In Phase 4 of Decked Out we focus on getting many more new uncommon cards to fill out our 40 slot deck. We also push the dungeon to see how greedy we can get on runs and what kind of risks we can take running deadly difficulty.
In Phase 5 of Decked Out we switch up our strategy to focus on building our card collection and having fun. We take advantage of the suit up card to play aggressively and test our limits with the wardens to see what we can get away with.
Phase 6 of Decked Out introduces 3 wardens to level 3, less berries, more lava, less shortcuts, and a big nerf to the Suit Up card... dungeon big tough. This phase we continue with our card collecting challenge and fight an internal battle between greed and failure.
Phase 7 of Decked Out introduces the new difficulty "Deep Frost" which guarantees an artifact location down on the new Level 4. We spend a few runs having fun exploring it and also continue enjoying the card collecting aspect of the game. This phase also brings out the rare Rage Etho. Unlucky mob AI combined with bad parkour skills are a deadly mix. More difficulty increases around the dungeon along with the new hardest level make this the deadliest phase for most of the Hermits.
For Phase 8 of Decked Out we re-enter tryhard mode as the game is coming to its close. The goal is to try play our best and get as many tomes possible. This phase we mainly focus on improving our pathing, movement, and consistency with running the dungeon.
Finally we reach the bitter sweet conclusion to Tango's Decked Out 2. This is the final phase. Much like Phase 8, we go tryhard mode again to get as many tomes as possible. However, the dungeon in Phase 9 gives us a pretty good challenge.
Hermitcraft Season 10 is here! Join us as we settle down in a new world, build cool stuff, and have a good time with the other Hermits. In this episode we go caving, explore the new map with Gem, find our base location, get our tools enchanted, clear cut a forest and then start building our future base.
This episode we join the local fisher crew to get some fishies and a Pearl for the Demise game. We head to the Nether to get a beacon so that we can quickly setup a Creeper Farm near our base. Then we continue building our starter home by refining some of the things we built before, and by adding a new garden and smelting area.
I should have split this episode into two, but you get a super long one instead! Today we do a bunch of farm building projects; a squid farm, slime farm, cave spider farm, and froglight farm. We set up my ender chest refilling stations and look into a new idea for a super simple multi item sorting array. Then we check out what Hermit Permits I got in the random drawing and do some permit trading.
Long episode... lots happens. I talk about some plans for the season. We build a quick dispensing station for our consumables. Big deals happen at the shopping district. We check out our flower farms and basalt generator. I work on the pathing from our base that goes towards Tango's. We play Zedaph's drip stone mini-game and Bdub's scaffolding challenge. We upgrade our glass shops and look into our plans for the Frog Light shop. I also show off my completely normal and sane desktop set up.
Today we invite Scar to check out my newly built storage room featuring a handy shulker swapping organization system. We use our moss factory to power a new bonemeal bamboo farm. Then we head over to the Frogger game to do some testing with Cubfan and Bdubs, and focus on fine-tuning the game mechanics for it.
I finally got around to getting the Trident farm setup for Gem. Best of all, I found a way to automate separating the trident wielders from the regular drowns using an axolotl and a target block system. Then we head back to work on the Frogger game where I show off a new 7-segment display I designed. We mainly focus decorating and getting the looks of our game figured out.
Infrequent Uploads = Minecraft Movie. We finally have time to do some non-Ravager Rush stuff so it felt like a good time to deal with all my roof-rousers. We head into town for some fun, shopping, and Doc poking. I end up on a surprise journey that nets me the Rocket Permit and marks me the #1 Poe Poe target. Our Shade-E antics return in the form of a new rocket shop. Then we have some fun exploring and playing the mini-games on the server. I give an update on the changes I made to Ravager Rush after the 1st month. Cub's labyrinth almost takes me out IRL...
Today we check out the new TCG Arena I built in the gaming district for Beef's TCG game. The base finally gets an interior... started, and I get a little Von Sway with it. We add a reworked and modernized version of one of my old auto-brewers. The Moss Pit gets a little more fancy with a big sugar cane farm installed in the walls and some more detail to the pathways. Then we end the episode with a look into what has been happening with Ravager Rush over the past couple months.
