Als Hercules in der Parallelwelt die griechischen Götter befreien will, sieht er Iolaus' zweites Ich. Allerdings völlig verängstigt. Trotzdem bittet er ihn um Unterstützung. Zudem erschwert die böse Nebula die Suche der beiden. Hercules greift zu einer List.
Hercules jumped through a vortex into the Netherworld. There he found his evil double, the Sovereign, as well as the cowardly double of his late sidekick, Iolaus. Disguising himself as the Sovereign, Hercules learned that Nebula, the parallel world's evil ruler, conspired with Ares to imprison the Gods of Olympus in the Labyrinth of Eternal Memory. Hercules and Iolaus battled a giant snake and entered the labyrinth. After defeating Ares and Nebula, Hercules freed the gods. The parallel Iolaus, wishing for a bright future in a new world, jumped through the vortex with Hercules.
Hercule apprend que les dieux de l'Olympe sont retenus prisonniers dans un labyrinthe. Il se rend alors aux Enfers pour les secourir et retrouve Arès et le deuxième Iolas.
Hércules saltó a través de un vórtice al Inframundo. Allí encontró a su doble malvado, el Soberano, así como al cobarde doble de su difunto compañero, Iolaus. Disfrazándose del Soberano, Hércules se enteró de que Nébula, la malvada soberana del mundo paralelo, conspiró con Ares para encarcelar a los dioses del Olimpo en el Laberinto de la Memoria Eterna. Hércules y Iolaus lucharon contra una serpiente gigante y entraron en el laberinto. Tras derrotar a Ares y a Nébula, Hércules liberó a los dioses. El paralelo Iolaus, deseando un futuro brillante en un nuevo mundo, saltó a través del vórtice con Hércules.

Herkules bemegy az átjáróba, mert az istenek egy másik világban vannak, ahonnan ki kell szabadítania őket, majd visszavinni a saját világukba, mert ellenkező esetben mindkét világ elpusztul. A másik világban Herkules összetalálkozik Iolesz hasonmásával, aki elkíséri, hogy segítsen az istenek kiszabadításában. Mindenkinek van egy hasonmása, így Herkulesnek is, akit azonban Árész megöl. Nebula hasonmása pedig gonosz hercegnő ebben a világban. Herkules megtudja , hogy az istenek az Örök emlékezet labirintusában vannak...
