Kobe remains humble and focused as he goes about his work, in an old farm that was once surrounded by wolves (In de Wulf), which he has spruced up and turned into his restaurant. Streamlined, instinctive, in tune with the seasons and nature around him, and with the support of a cosmopolitan and inspired crew, he serves up sensitivity in various shades of monochrome, experimenting endlessly.
