ＧＢフェスタのイベントバトル中、突然現れた仮面の男に会場は騒然とする。男が操る謎のシステム「ランナープリズン」によって、無力化されるガンプラ達。間一髪それをかわしたリュウセイ達３人に対して、男はさらなる驚きの一手を繰り出す。
During the event battle at GB Fest, the sudden appearance of a masked man throws the venue into an uproar. The Gunpla are rendered helpless by the mysterious "Runner Prison" system this man controls. Ryusei, Sana, and Touma manage to avoid it, but then the masked man unleashes an even more astonishing move against the trio.
