Over the past decade Letters Live has entertained live audiences around the country, with famous faces performing remarkable letters, in a celebration of the enduring power of literary correspondence. Now it’s Worthy Farm’s turn to host the format, with Benedict Cumberbatch, Ambika Mod, Simon Pegg, Paapa Essiedu, James Norton, Bella Ramsey and Caitlin Moran reading letters featuring a wide range of subject matter - from nature to pop music, parenting and the environment - in front of an audience of Glastonbury Festival goers. It’s a poignant, funny and sometimes thought-provoking reminder of the power of the lost art of letter writing.
