若者の戦車離れが危惧される昨今。次世代に高校戦車道の魅力を伝えるべく、各校の隊長が集まりサミットが開かれていた。
各々が自由にアイデアを出すが、会議はどんどん迷走していって…？
코알라의 숲, 본플, 마지노, 청사단같이 마이너한 학교들도 포함하여 제63회 전차도 전국 고교생 대회/제41회 동계 무한궤도배 참가 학교의 전차도팀 대장들이 오아라이의 료칸에서 열린 모임에서 만나는 이야기다. 요즘 학생들의 전차에 대한 관심이 떨어져 가는 문제를 해결하기 위해 각 학교의 대장들이 다음 세대에게 전차도의 매력을 전해주기 위한 회의를 열게 됐는데, 가지각색의 자유로운 아이디어들이 나오지만, 점점 회의는 산으로 가기 시작하면서 벌어지는 이야기라고 한다.
