第39集 - 沙葛炒脢頭

Gigi姐在冰箱裡看到有些脢頭,便拿它來炒沙葛跟鹹酸菜。沙葛的味道比粉葛較為甘甜,一般可以生吃或用來炒菜,但不會用來煲湯。嫩滑的脢頭、爽脆的沙葛再加上酸甜的鹹酸菜,令味道和質感都充滿層次。
